Ladder rungs

WHAT
Safety-relevant connection in ascending aids / ladders need reliable joining solutions.

WHY
The connection was previously made by simultaneous caulking / grouting from both sides. The previously high hole reveal could be almost completely reduced.

HOW
Process optimization by means of radial riveting has greatly improved the quality of the ladders. The appearance very much improved, as there is no longer any cracking in the corners. Simultaneous riveting from both sides with lower forces also reduces the cost of component pickup. All in all, the quality improvement has made it possible to enter the premium ladder segment.
