General terms and conditions for downloads
With the acceptance of these general terms and conditions for downloads you confirm that you will comply with the following provisions in the use of IT access to the data of BalTec Maschinenbau AG (hereinafter referred to as BalTec) and to bear the consequences of any violations of these.
1. Secrecy and confidentiality are to be maintained. The Data Protection Act and the Swiss Code of Obligations apply
2. The information must be treated confidentially.
3. Data may not be forwarded to third parties.
4. No data may be transmitted to or collected on another system (IT, paper, magnetic media etc.) without the express permission of BalTec.
Anyone contravening these rules will render themselves liable to prosecution. Violations can be punishable under criminal law. BalTec reserves the right to claim compensation for damages.
